referral service. It is a non-profit community-based organization funded in part by Smart Start through the Cleveland County Partnership for Children and the North Carolina Division of Child Development.

Child Care Connections aids families in their search for a quality
child care environment that meets their individual needs; we assist child care providers in maintaining or increasing the quality of the care given; and serve the community as a resource for distributing data and information regarding early childhood issues.
