Infant/Toddler Quality Improvement

The Infant/Toddler Quality Improvement Project was established in 2004 to help improve the quality of care for infants and toddlers.

Services offered to achieve these goals include:

  • Specialized training and on-site technical assistance to child care providers working with infants and toddlers regarding any and all topics concerning caring for children
  • Education materials to families and child care providers about the needs of infants and toddlers
  • Resources such as articles, training events, and consultations to others working with programs serving infants and toddlers

Healthy Social Behavior

The Healthy Social Behaviors project was established in 2004 and recognizes the need to provide services for preschool caregivers and works to improve the quality of care they provide.

The Healthy Social Behavior Specialist can provide:

  • On-site consultation
  • Workshops on classroom management
  • Provide assistance and education to classrooms struggling with behavior issues
  • Provide education and implementation assistance with appropriate social emotional education
  • Provide trainings and consultations on building relationships and addressing challenging behaviors
  • Provide assistance in increasing the quality of your preschool program
